Office Assistant – Part-time. City of Tiffin, IA (pop. 2,700). Position performs a variety of general clerical and administrative support duties for the City Administrator, including accepting and processing utility payments, answering the phone and waiting on customers. Also assists the Deputy City Clerk, Utility Billing Clerk and Building Official with day-to-day tasks. Graduation from high school and an equivalent combination of training and experience in an office/customer service setting necessary. Starting wage $15.05, plus prorated benefits.
